Collaborations
OM SYSTEM Ambassador for OM Digital Solutions
I started working with Olympus in early 2019, initially providing social media content. Then in late August 2019 I provided a Dorset Landscape & Astro Photography workshop for Olympus. Following that I attended the internal UK Launch of the OM-D E-M5 MK III and subsequently was selected as one on 4 photographers worldwide (alongside the fellow Olympus UK Macro Supremo - Geraint Radford) to create launch content for the OM-D E-M1 MKIII and the 12-45mm f/4 Pro lens.
Throughout the turbulent times of 2020 I continued to work with Olympus and in 2021 OM Digital Solutions (their new parent company). I have continued to provide webinars, blogs, social media content, live streams, talks, conferences, magazine articles, projects and 1 to 1s to the amazing Olympus community. I’m honoured to recently have had my position as Landscape OM SYSTEM Ambassador confirmed for 2022 and beyond.
OM SYSTEM Events
I have hosted a number of Olympus OM Digital Solutions events from group workshops to talks to practical webinars.
OM SYSTEM Content
I regularly provide global content for OM SYSTEM/Olympus. I am skilled at Instagram Takeovers, Instagram Lives, Facebook Lives and providing content to a brief such as the launch content for the OM-D E-M1 MKIII.
OM SYSTEM Articles
I have written numerous blogs and articles for OM SYSTEM/Olympus. They have been featured around the world on different platforms.
Lenslight NiSi Filters
After briefly dabbling with cheap filters I quickly moved to quality optical glass that doesn’t add a colour cast or reduce the sharpness of your shots. I started using the NiSi M1 mirrorless system provided by the main NiSi UK distributor, Phil Norton. I quickly expanded my collection of filters and they became an essential in my kit bag. In 2019 I was approached by Phil to become Lenslight NiSi Ambassador, promoting the use of NiSi filters.
I upgraded my kit to the new M75 75mm Mirrorless system which offered all the advantages of the larger filter system but in a more compact solution (also cheaper than the 100mm systems!). I have since added the V6 100mm system to my kit along with Phil Norton’s amazing custom adaptor for the Olympus 7-14mm f/2.8 Pro lens (which does not have filter thread). I use a polariser and a graduated filter in most of my seascape/landscape shots. Although I have now stepped away from the Lensilight Nisi Team (as I am personally using filters less and less) I still recommend their glass as it is seriously good quality stuff!
Photography Talks & Articles
I regularly provide magazine & web articles for some of the biggest names in Photography. Since 2020 I have worked with a range of publishers and organisations such as Future Publishing, Amateur Photography Magazine, Digital Photographer Magazine, Space.com, Wex and London Camera Exchange.
